A reinterpretation of my black forest in the shape of a limited edition Christmas log. The formal simplicity of the Black Forest gives way to a more baroque work on the visual of the griotte.
Always an alliance between the strength of pure Venezuelan chocolate and the sweetness of the cherry. A dessert that is both sophisticated and delicious.

  • Carupano chocolate mousse 70%
  • Chantilly with sour cherry cream
  • Compote of griottes and hand of Buddha
  • Superfine chocolate coating
  • Morello cherry
  • Milk chocolate coating with almonds
