The brownie biscuit with a crusty salt-flower gives by its thickness a chew and a length in the mouth sufficient to let express the slightly acid side of the chocolate Carupano. The salt flower also gives a small tip of acidity at the end of the mouth to rinse the roof of the mooth with a bit of bitterness and to have a perfect balance between the strength and softness of the coconut from Abidjan, almost liquid, located in the middle of the cake.
