A re-examination as a tribute to this centenary cake.

An alliance between the strength of pure Venezuelan chocolate and the sweetness of the cherry. A dessert that is both sophisticated and delicious.
And also a nostalgic wink to my friend Angelo Musa, head of the « Patisserie des Rêves » back at the time when I began to work there.
