A cake in tribute to the city of Paris, to theeponymous street, and to the opulence it allows to glimpse in its windows.

I also opted here for a rectangular approach, so that the tasting is easier and every bite reveals more easily all the games of tastes and textures (vanilla, caramel and whipped cream). This is my only exception to the classicism of this mythical pastry.

Slightly descent and declined with seasonal fruits when I have the opportunity, it is one of the must-have of the range.
