In this tart we find all the strength and essence of chocolate grand cru, but also all the gluttony of a beautiful crunchy almond. The whole is enhanced and acidified by an exotic caramel based on mango, coconut and passion and sublimated by a soft sweet chocolate sauce that comes to round off every taste.
