Boulanger tournier H/F


As a Tourier Baker, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for carry out the following main tasks:

  • Baking, shaping and making bread and Viennese pastries using traditional methods
  • Participating in the development of new products and improving existing ones existing products

Technical and organisational skills

  • Measure out culinary ingredients and know their characteristics
  • Make and bake bakery and Viennese pastry products
  • Assemble and decorate Viennese products
  • Packaging products

Interpersonal skills

  • Autonomy
  • Communication skills
  • Team spirit

Profile required:

You are methodical and organised. You have a sense of a job well done and you rigorously apply pre-established recipes. You are familiar with HACCP hygiene rules.


Contract :39 hours per week

Working hoursDay - night - weekends - public holidays

Rest2 consecutive days

RemunerationDepending on profile + target bonus
