As Section Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:

  • Prepare the production and dispatch of dishes
  • Ensuring quality and fluidity throughout the service
  • Managing the demi-chefs de partie and kitchen assistant

Technical and organisational skills

  • Checking and storing deliveries
  • Managing fridges and stored foodstuffs
  • Mastery of cooking methods
  • Mastering sauces and seasonings

Profile required

You are rigorous and organised. You have solid gastronomic skills and enjoy sharing your expertise. You are familiar with HACCP hygiene rules

Contract39 hours per week

Working hoursDay - night - weekends - public holidays without breaks
