As a Section Chef assistant, reporting to the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
- Implement technical processes and operating procedures
- Prepare ready meals
- Prepare dishes for service
Technical and organisational skills
- Receive products and check that deliveries comply with specifications
- Prepare, organise and maintain your work surface
- Very good knowledge of cooking methods
- Good knowledge of sauces and seasonings

- Rigour and precision
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork skills
Profile required
You're organised and a perfectionist. You have good gastronomic skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. You know the HACCP hygiene rules and apply them.
Contract39 hours per week
