As a Section Chef assistant, reporting to the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:

  • Implement technical processes and operating procedures
  • Prepare ready meals
  • Prepare dishes for service

Technical and organisational skills

  • Receive products and check that deliveries comply with specifications
  • Prepare, organise and maintain your work surface
  • Very good knowledge of cooking methods
  • Good knowledge of sauces and seasonings

Interpersonal skills

  • Rigour and precision
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork skills

Profile required

You're organised and a perfectionist. You have good gastronomic skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. You know the HACCP hygiene rules and apply them.

Contract39 hours per week

HoursDay - night - weekends - public holidays without breaks

Rest2 days per week

RemunerationAccording to profile + target bonus
