Working with a gastronomy professional and an established entrepreneur guarantees you field experience and an adapted reflexion of both the structure and feasibility as well as the overall management of your project. Yazid Ichemrahen's passionate background and entrepreneurial experience give him a unique opportunity to help you set up and develop your future projects from the location of your choice, in the country of your choice.
After reviewing your needs and objectives with our designers and artistic director, the YI management team will send you a 3D version of the entire concept within 18 days:
- Equipment installation to scale
- Graphic charter
- Overall branding
- Creation of the brand
- Graphic analysis of the packaging
Once your project has been validated, the YI gestion team will propose the complete creation of the project website.
The YI management team takes care of the development of each product according to your specifications (taste, texture, etc.) with a specific focus on the feasibility of profit margins and productivity to ensure the lowest possible operating costs.
The YI management team will send you a file with a complete costing of the project (preliminary study of equipment and product costs, control and management of risks and benefits, or income expected in return) in order to establish a projected operating statement over 1, 3 and 5 years.
This will include staff costs among other things, and will focus on the profitability and optimum multiplication of the concept while ensuring the desired level of quality.
Once the project has been set up and the staff chosen, production is established over the first 6 months to ensure the concept's value and consistency.
